Bolca Hindi is Turkey’s first private-sector turkey producer, part of Erpiliç since 2017.

In the Bolca Hindi Lezzetleri series each film is devoted to a single dish: Ali Nazik, Çoban Kavurma, Külbastı, Hünkar Beğendi and Caesar salad. Table classics reinterpreted with turkey meat, each told through a scene that suits its character - the shepherd for Çoban Kavurma, the sultan for Hünkar Beğendi.
