Çözüm Istanbul is now Great Place To Work® Certified in Türkiye, for February 2026 – February 2027.
The certification is unlike anything else on our shelf. There is no jury, no entry film, no case study to write: it is awarded on one thing only — an anonymous survey of the people who work here, the Trust Index™, run by Great Place To Work. Management does not see who said what. Whatever the team said is what earned it.
That is why it matters more to us than it might look from outside. An agency can win awards for a single brilliant month; a workplace certification is a verdict on the ordinary weeks — whether people are treated fairly here whoever they are, whether a newcomer is made welcome, whether you can be yourself at work, whether you are proud of what you make.
We are keeping the whole result in view, not just the badge. The statements our people scored highest are the things we now have to protect. The ones they scored lowest are the brief for this year, and they are on the leadership agenda rather than in a drawer.
Thank you to everyone who filled in the survey honestly — including the parts that were not flattering. That is the culture the certificate is actually describing.
